1.1 Age Requirement

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at kt333, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — applied to the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager (৳1,000 × 25 =) ৳25,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once only and must be used within the specified time limit.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• kt333 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus balance will be deducted.

4.4 VIP Program

kt333's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members have the opportunity to progress to higher tiers based on regular activity. Members will be informed if the terms of VIP benefits change.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at kt333 are considered valid only after confirmation by our system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are verified against internationally recognised sources. kt333's determination of results is considered final. If you have a dispute, please contact the support team.

5.3 Errors & Technical Faults

kt333 reserves the right to void any abnormal results or displayed assets caused by software or hardware faults. kt333 is not obligated to pay out any winnings arising from incorrect or erroneous odds.

5.4 Multi-Bets

In a multi-bet, the outcome of one event cannot depend on the outcome of another. Correlated bets may be re-evaluated as single bets or voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as serious violations of these terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets with the intent to exploit bonus benefits (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software against the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or provision of misleading information.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards kt333 staff.

7.1 kt333's Rights

kt333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Self-exclusion or a break requested by the account holder.

7.2 Account Closure Requested by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed (provided verification has been completed).
